ALEXANDRIA, VA -This week was a very nice week for savings with all the deals going on. We definitely captured some of those deals. Overall we spent around $70 for groceries and saved around $84. We had an average savings of 54.5%. Here is what we got and the breakdown of the savings.

Overall, we went close to our weekly budget with everything we got but managed to walk away with nearly 3x the value of what we spent overall.

It does pay to go through the weekly adds online to help same both time and money when you go to the grocery store. The savings boils down to one simple question; which is more important to you, time or money?
