To say this is a nutty piece is an understatement to the vast flavor and texture that this piece has to offer.  The dark chocolate shell is gently coated with macadamia crumbs and then give way to a cream filling that is infused to nut crumbles. This piece was designed to tease the taste buds with the vast array of texture one feels upon first taste of this piece.

This is not an overall smooth piece as far as texture but smooth with an elegant flavor that appeals to your senses leaving you wondering when the next texture is going to be entering your mouth.
